The Gallyry magazine is not currently accepting new submissions.

  • The Gallyry magazine is open to submissions from self-identifying women and non-binary people.

  • We are looking for articles that celebrate and explore women and non-binary creatives, from the past to present day. This can be across any artistic discipline, including architecture, design, visual arts, performing arts, photography, film, fashion, music, literature, and more.

  • There are four different types of articles which we publish: artist spotlights, opinion features, interviews, and reviews.

  • All work should be exclusive to The Gallyry or stated otherwise.
  • Due to the amount of pitches we get, we cannot guarantee that your pitch will be selected for publication.
  • Articles should be fun, insightful, and accessible. They should be between 500-1000 words and include at least two images.
  • All images should be credited and have permission to be republished on The Gallyry.
  • After approved and written, your article will be proofread and any edits will be communicated with you before being published.
  • You will be credited on the magazine and please send us your social media links if you would like to be tagged in promotional posts.
  • As we are a volunteer-led community, we unfortunately cannot pay for articles but hope to give you a platform to share your work.
